Description of the 2020 Organiser
Fundación madri+d is a network structure that offers intense cooperation with all agents of its regional system of education, science, technology and innovation. The foundation also offers access to research and training programmes. Its promising guidelines are to optimise resources, to work with transparency and share responsibility. According to this logic, the foundation’s network is its great asset.
Description of the 2020 Partners
With more than 12,000 members, the Official College of Telecommunications Engineers (COLEGIO OFICIAL DE INGENIEROS DE TELECOMUNICACIÓN – COIT) is a national publicly registered entity whose main goals, as delegated by the Government, are: the organisation of how telecommunications engineers perform their profession, the exclusive representation of said profession and defending the professional interests of its members, while promoting the advancement and availability of all techniques of said profession. Since its inception in 1967, COIT has been undertaking a multitude of efforts aimed at reinforcing the professional competence of the engineers and is a fundamental instrument in the current and future development of telecommunications and the Information Society.
With complete confidentiality on both sides and a practical approach, it facilitates meetings between mentors and entrepreneurs, project presentations, seminars, and the networking of contacts, favouring the growth of the business fabric of the Community of Madrid.
