As a government agency, CzechInvest’s main objective is to raise the competitiveness of the Czech economy by supporting small and medium-sized enterprises, the domestic business infrastructure and innovation. It attracts foreign investors operating in the manufacturing industry, business support services and technology centres to the Czech Republic, and supports Czech enterprises in their expansion efforts. With its services and development programmes, CzechInvest helps to promote domestic companies and Czech and foreign investors.

The Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic
The Czech Ministry of Transport is a state administration body responsible for the Czech space policy. It is therefore the coordinator of space activities in the Czech Republic. From its capacity and based on government decisions, the Ministry of Transport, within the Czech Republic, is responsible for the implementation of the National Space Plan, membership and representation of the country in the European Space Agency (ESA), cooperation with the European Union Space Programme Agency (EUSPA) and for space components for all of the European Space programmes – Galileo, EGNOS, Copernicus, future GOVSATCOM and for SST.
The Ministry of Transport is accountable for the creation of national transport policy (incl. the use of space systems in transport) and also for its implementation.
